From 22 to 24 September, we will host the International Open Days 2026 in Warmenhuizen. Held every two years, the Open Days offer visitors a unique opportunity to explore our broad portfolio and that of our partners within Limagrain Vegetable Seeds: HM.CLAUSE and Vilmorin-Mikado. Together, we represent more than 40 different crops.
On the demonstration field, we will showcase a wide range of varieties and crops. Visitors will also have the opportunity to speak directly with our specialists. This provides not only insight into new developments, but also the opportunity to see how different varieties perform under practical growing conditions.
Under the theme “What’s next? Let’s grow!”, we will put several standout innovations in the spotlight during the Open Days. At the Innovation Expo, we will present six products that demonstrate how more than 100 years of breeding experience is helping us respond to the changing needs of growers, the value chain and consumers. Notable examples include Blushella (radish), Coreo (baby carrot), Calebrini (stem broccoli) and our latest tomato variety: Draconor.
At the same time, we know that innovation is not only about new product concepts. Reliable production is becoming increasingly important, especially in growing seasons where weather conditions and cultivation risks create additional challenges. That is why the field will also feature varieties that show their strength under challenging conditions, such as white cabbage and pointed cabbage, broccoli, carrot and leek, alongside our portfolio in crops such as pepper, tomato and (water)melons in the pavilion.
With the International Open Days, we aim both to inspire and to demonstrate which varieties can already help growers produce reliably and efficiently today. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore our broad portfolio, compare field performance and discuss their needs directly with our specialists.
